We offer Construction Documentation preparation services, with a typical submittal package including hardscape layout plans, material selections and finish schedules, construction details, irrigation layout plans and details, and tree/shrub planting plans and details. Hardscape elements such as fire features, walls, fences, pools, fountains, BBQs, and shade structures are designed and developed in detail. Additionally, plant materials and layouts are carefully specified to meet the specific requirements of each project.
