c-scape creative provides landscape architectural design, construction documentation, and 3D visualization services for projects throughout Southern California. We collaborate with property owners, developers, architects, civil engineers, and other design professionals on residential communities, model homes, multifamily developments, parks, recreation areas, commercial properties, and custom residential projects.
Each project is approached with careful consideration of the site, client objectives, entitlement requirements, budget, constructability, maintenance, and overall design character. Our goal is to create attractive and practical outdoor environments while providing clear, coordinated design materials that support the project team from initial concept through construction documentation.
Services may be provided individually or as part of a coordinated landscape architectural design package, depending on the project scope and phase.
We develop preliminary landscape plans and exterior design concepts that respond to the project program, site conditions, architectural character, circulation, grading, utilities, and applicable agency requirements. Design concepts may include community entries, streetscapes, recreation areas, pools, gathering spaces, parks, open spaces, model homes, planting themes, and other outdoor amenities. Colored plans, illustrative exhibits, and supporting imagery may be prepared to clearly communicate the proposed design.
Three-dimensional models, rendered images, and animation videos help clients and project teams understand the proposed design before construction. Visualization services may be used during concept development, design review, client presentations, entitlement processing, marketing, or project-team coordination. Depending on the project, we can illustrate planting, paving, walls, pools, shade structures, furnishings, lighting character, and other exterior improvements.

We prepare coordinated landscape construction document packages for agency review, bidding, permitting, and construction. Depending on the project scope, documents may include hardscape layout plans, material and finish schedules, construction details, planting plans, irrigation plans, water-use calculations, and applicable landscape notes and specifications.
Exterior elements may include walls, fences, monument signs, paving, pools and water features, fire features, outdoor kitchens, shade structures, site furnishings, and recreation amenities. Where specialty engineering or consultant design is required, these elements are coordinated with the appropriate project consultants.
Additional services may include design coordination, agency-response revisions, fuel-modification and defensible-space exhibits, wall and fence plans, construction cost opinions, product and material review, shop-drawing review, and periodic construction observation. Services are tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
